- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the steak with soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated steak and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and oyster sauce. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle black pepper before serving.
