Description

A unique twist on classic deviled eggs with Asian flavors.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and Sriracha to the yolks.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Stir in chopped green onions.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust Sriracha to taste for spice level.
  • Can be made a few hours in advance.
  • Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
