A unique twist on classic deviled eggs with Asian flavors.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and Sriracha to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth.
- Stir in chopped green onions.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Sriracha to taste for spice level.
- Can be made a few hours in advance.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
