Description
Grilled skewers of steak marinated in a savory garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix garlic, soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, black pepper, and sesame oil.
- Add steak cubes to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated steak onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak reaches desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Adjust marinade ingredients to taste.
- Use bell peppers or onions for added flavor.
- Serve with rice or salad.
