Grilled skewers of steak marinated in a savory garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic, soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, black pepper, and sesame oil.
  2. Add steak cubes to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated steak onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak reaches desired doneness.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
