Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 red chilies, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce and oyster sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add ginger and garlic; stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Add chilies and bell pepper; stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in green onions and sesame oil; cook for 2 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
