Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 red chilies, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce and oyster sauce for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic; stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add chilies and bell pepper; stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in green onions and sesame oil; cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust chili quantity based on your spice preference.
- Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
