A simple and delicious recipe for Asian chicken cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- Use chicken breasts if preferred.
