Description
A simple recipe for making artisanal dandelion jelly using fresh dandelion flowers.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin (1.75 oz)
- 5 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Collect dandelion petals and remove any green parts.
- Boil the petals in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid and add lemon juice.
- Mix the pectin into the liquid and bring to a boil.
- Add sugar gradually, stirring constantly until dissolved.
- Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Notes
- Use only flowers from areas free of pesticides.
- Let jelly set for 24 hours before using.
