Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add chicken and brown on all sides.
  4. Stir in spices, rice, and broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  7. Fluff rice with a fork and garnish with parsley.
