Ingredients

- 2 cups of mixed greens
- 1 cup of sliced apples
- 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Slice the apples into thin pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced apples, walnuts, feta cheese, and dried cranberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.

- Use your favorite type of apple for different flavors.
- Can add grilled chicken for extra protein.
- Store leftover salad in the refrigerator, but add dressing just before serving.
