Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and beat well.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in the apples and pecans.
  7. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and heavy cream; cook until bubbly.
  9. Pour the praline mixture over the batter.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
