A delicious twist on traditional apple pie, wrapped in tortillas and baked with a sweet sauce.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Place a portion of the apple mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with sugar and pour over the rolled tortillas.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
