Description

Ingredients

- 2 cups of diced apples
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end.
- Pinch the ends to seal the bombs.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Use Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the apples.
- Serve warm for the best experience.
