Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
- Pour in milk gradually and stir until combined.
- Fold in apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
