Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced apples, chopped pecans, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
