Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine apples and cinnamon. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, and melted butter to create crumble topping.
  6. Pour cheesecake mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle crumble topping over the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool before serving.
