A delicious blend of apple crumble and cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups apples, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine apples and cinnamon. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, and melted butter to create crumble topping.
- Pour cheesecake mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle crumble topping over the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can serve warm or chilled.
- Great with whipped cream on top.
