Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt.
  3. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  5. Mix apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and remaining sugar in a bowl.
  6. Spread apple mixture over the crust.
  7. Top with remaining crumb mixture and oats.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool before slicing.
