Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream and mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine apples, cinnamon, and set aside.
  5. In a third bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  6. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts.
  8. Top with the diced apples.
  9. In a bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, and remaining butter to make the crumble.
  10. Sprinkle the crumble over the apple layer.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  12. Allow to cool before serving.
