A delicious blend of apple crisp and cheesecake in one dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of sliced apples
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of granola
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in a baking dish.
- Layer sliced apples on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, combine granola, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Spread the granola mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the apples are tender.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or chilled.
- Top with whipped cream for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
