- 1 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Brown the chicken thighs on both sides, about 5 minutes each.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Pour in apple cider vinegar and chicken broth.
- Add thyme and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and braise for 30 minutes on low heat.
