Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Season the short ribs with salt and pepper.

  4. Sear the short ribs on all sides until browned.
  5. Remove ribs and set aside. Add onion, garlic, and carrots to the pot.

  9. Cook for 3 hours or until ribs are tender.
