A creamy and flavorful apple butter cheesecake with a graham cracker crust.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup apple butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add apple butter, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon; mix until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use homemade or store-bought apple butter.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
