- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Toast the English muffins until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, sauté the apple slices until soft.
- Place a slice of cheese on each muffin half.
- Add the bacon and sautéed apples on top of the cheese.
- Cover with the other half of the muffin and serve warm.
