Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 2 anchovy fillets, minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mix the yolks, anchovies, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
