Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, noodles, soup, milk, and half of the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
