  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, white sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
  6. Let it cool before serving.
