- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
- Drain excess fat and add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour with beef broth and milk.
- Pour the beef mixture into a baking dish and cover with the gravy mixture.
- Add a layer of mashed potatoes on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through.
