A delicious no-bake dessert that combines chocolate, coconut, and almonds.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, shredded coconut, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • Use unsweetened shredded coconut for less sugar.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
