A delicious no-bake dessert that combines chocolate, coconut, and almonds.

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, shredded coconut, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use unsweetened shredded coconut for less sugar.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
