Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and mustard.
- Add cooled macaroni to the dressing and mix well.
- Stir in celery, bell pepper, onion, and pickles.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped hard-boiled eggs.
- Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version.
- This salad can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
