Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers, spinach, onion, and cherry tomatoes to the eggs.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese and season with salt and pepper.
