A delicious and healthy air fryer veggie frittata perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Add the diced bell peppers, spinach, onion, and cherry tomatoes to the eggs.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer safe dish.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set.
- Remove and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

- Serve warm or at room temperature.
