Ingredients

- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (e.g., zucchini, carrots, and sweet potatoes)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions
- Wash and slice the vegetables thinly.
- In a bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness; if needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the chips and let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover chips in an airtight container.
- You can use any vegetables you prefer.
