Description
A healthy and delicious turkey burger cooked in an air fryer, served without a bun.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, onion, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
