Crispy air fryer tofu bites, perfect as a vegan snack.
Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Add tofu to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and mix until evenly coated.
- Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy your snack!

- Adjust spices to taste.
- Can serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
