Crispy air fryer tofu bites, perfect as a vegan snack.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Add tofu to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and mix until evenly coated.
  6. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your snack!
