This is a simple and tasty air fryer Thai peanut chicken fillet recipe that you can prepare quickly.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken fillets with the peanut sauce.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the coated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check if the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove from air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro before serving.
