This is a simple and tasty air fryer Thai peanut chicken fillet recipe that you can prepare quickly.

- 2 chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped peanuts for garnish
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the peanut sauce.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the coated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check if the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding chili flakes.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
