A simple and delicious air fryer Thai peanut chicken breast recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the peanut sauce mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with additional peanut sauce if desired.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Use boneless, skinless chicken thighs for a different texture.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
