Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat chicken breasts with the peanut sauce mixture.
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through.
