Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the sweet potatoes are well coated.
- Add the mixture to the air fryer basket.
