Description

Air fryer stuffed mushrooms are deliciously cheesy bites that make a perfect appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
