Crispy air fryer spring rolls made with a family recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, shrimp, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Take one spring roll wrapper and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the spring rolls with cooking spray.
- Place spring rolls in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite ingredients.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
