Crispy air fryer spring rolls made with a family recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, shrimp, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Take one spring roll wrapper and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  3. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Lightly spray the spring rolls with cooking spray.
  7. Place spring rolls in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
