Delicious air fryer spinach artichoke dip cups.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of phyllo pastry cups
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each phyllo cup with the dip mixture.
- Place the filled cups in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until the tops are golden.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm for the best flavor.
- Adjust cheese types to your preference.
- Can substitute frozen spinach, just thaw and drain well.
