Delicious air fryer spinach artichoke dip cups.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of phyllo pastry cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each phyllo cup with the dip mixture.
  4. Place the filled cups in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the tops are golden.
  6. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
