A quick and easy recipe for spaghetti squash noodles made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer, cut side down.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Remove and scrape the insides with a fork to create noodles.
