Description
Delicious air fryer raspberry turnovers filled with sweet raspberry filling.
Ingredients

- 1 package of puff pastry (2 sheets)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the raspberry mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute raspberries with other berries.
- Serve with powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
