Delicious air fryer pumpkin pie bites that are easy to make and perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 package of pie crusts
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, salt, and egg until smooth.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of pumpkin mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the crust over and seal the edges.
- Spray the bites with cooking spray.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spices to your taste.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
