Description
This is a quick and easy air fryer pineapple upside down cake.

- 1 can of pineapple slices
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F.
- Grease a cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Melt butter and mix with brown sugar, then pour into the pan.
- Arrange pineapple slices on top of the sugar mixture.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the pineapple.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick to see if it’s done.
- Let it cool before inverting onto a plate.

- Use fresh or canned pineapple.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
