Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F.
  2. Grease a cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
  3. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar, then pour into the pan.
  4. Arrange pineapple slices on top of the sugar mixture.
  5. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter over the pineapple.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Check with a toothpick to see if it’s done.
  9. Let it cool before inverting onto a plate.
