- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine pineapple chunks, teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with remaining sauce drizzled on top.
