- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 package mini phyllo pastry cups
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg.
- Place the mini phyllo pastry cups in the air fryer basket.
- Fill each pastry cup with the pecan mixture.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
