Ingredients
- Parsnips – 500g
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Paprika – 1 tsp
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – to taste
- Parmesan cheese – 50g (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Peel and cut the parsnips into even sticks.
- In a bowl, toss the parsnips with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Place the parsnips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the parsnips and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
