- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Brush the coated chicken with olive oil.
- Place the chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
