Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Brush the coated chicken with olive oil.
