- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Dip onion rings in buttermilk.
- Coat rings in flour.
- Dip back into buttermilk.
- Roll in breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place onion rings in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
