Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  2. Add bell peppers, onions, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  5. Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until set.
