  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bell peppers in half and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cheese, black beans, corn, tomatoes, jalapeños, and taco seasoning.
  4. Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper half.
