- 4 bell peppers, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bell peppers in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cheese, black beans, corn, tomatoes, jalapeños, and taco seasoning.
- Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper half.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the peppers are tender.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot jalapeños.
- Use your favorite type of cheese for different flavors.
