Description
Delicious air fryer mushrooms cooked in garlic butter.
Ingredients

			- 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and halved
 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
 - Salt, to taste
 - Pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat.
 - Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
 - In a bowl, combine mushrooms with garlic butter, salt, and pepper.
 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
 - Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
 - Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
 - Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
 
Notes
- Use any variety of mushrooms.
 - Adjust garlic and butter to taste.
 - Cook in batches for even cooking.
