Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Dissolve coffee granules in vanilla extract and add to the mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Cook in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
